Valuable teaching from Christ Community Church and Shiloh Place Ministries has prepared us to reach out and care for Peruvian pastors and foreign missionaries serving in Peru. In the past, few ministry leaders have had someone to turn to for confidential personal care. With undeniable favor we have been placed in this void to provide these valuable leaders with a safe place to walk in transparency and find strength and encouragement to regain their passion.
Ministry and family pressures can sometimes cause internal strife that needs to be evaluated and lovingly attended to. Marriage enrichment, leadership coaching, family therapy and prayer ministry are all used effectively, according to the needs of each situation.
Core convictions of love, respect, empathy, faithfulness and no condemnation work in harmony to facilitate trust and cooperation with the Father's leading.
Peru has thousands of valiant saints who have answered the Lord's call to take His Kingdom to millions of Peruvians. He has called them not only to go, but to finish strong as well. We are honored to serve those dear, sometimes weary saints and honored to represent Christ Community Church and Evangel Fellowship International for eight years in South America.
Naomi and Michael Phillips work with a leadership training center for Tribal leaders. Their main focus tribal group is the Hmong. They have an agricultural ministry to give the tribal leaders a better living situation in order to better serve the Lord. This ministry has become extremely effective as an evangelistic tool in reaching restricted countries. A FARMS Micro Loan Program helps poor families get off to a good start. In the future the Phillips are moving more towards a fathering role in these minsitries.

Founded in 1991 by Jack and Trisha Frost, Shiloh Place has grown into a team of over 80 ministers, pastors, counselors, and lay people who have come together with like values in hopes of fulfilling a mission to see individual lives experience transformation through a revelation of God's love. Along with prayer ministry, resources, encounters, and schools they will also begin to build accommodations on the retreat site. The retreat center and its activities will grow to become a major portion of the ministry. Visit their website to learn more about their values, vision, and mission, as well as meeting their team.

A team of ten adults traveled to Managua, Nicaragua November 12-19, 2007 to work primarily with House of Hope Ministry, an evangelistic outreach program to the prositutes there. The men did construction projects. The women helped with the residents at House of Hope, as well as, the weekly support group that has grown to more than 80 women each week. The weekly group has ministry/prayer time and a cottage industry of making greeting cards to sell to supplement the income that the women have from other small jobs. To read more about the ministry, the card making cottage industry or purchase some cards, visit their website: House of Hope Nicaragua
